Stone posts not dropping when using a TiCon pickaxe

Not sure if this is a bug on Railcraft side, or TiCon.
RailCraft version: 9.1.0.0
Tinkers Construct version: 1.6.0.a14
Minecraft version: 1.7.2
When using my bronze TiCon pickaxe stone posts breaks and doesn't drop.
When using a vanilla stone pickaxe, the posts drop.
Right...I think the Forge harvest is still utterly broken. I was going to PR a fix for that.
An axe would possibly work.
