Residual heat issue when you use World Edit/Voxel Sniper

Hi,
I am getting an issue with Residual Heat, In a fresh server of a couple of hour with have this http://gyazo.com/27bbd000a0d4dc309e806217e09d9a88 . We are just working in the spawn of my server with voxel sniper on a montagne and we have client lagging because of too much amount of this and we disconnect when we reconnect in the zone where have too much Residual Heat we have an error http://pastebin.com/iT1aCq0U. I have to MCEDIT the map and replace all Redsidual Heat of our building area http://gyazo.com/25f14f36bb0f9867ba4c47760d8320f5 (yellow block is residual heat...). I have this issue before on an other server but it was not crashing...

Edit: And I am in 8.4.0.0 version (last of 1.6.4) and cauldron 1.965.21.89 (last of 1.6.4)
Only way to get 121k loaded at once is for your server to have 200+ people running around. I find that unlikely.
At most, any one player can only have 600 existing markers in loaded chunks.
It is a fresh server, we are 3 connected and residual heat were on approximately 5 chuncks... All That done by world editing tool...) and in 5 min of world editing i can produce 2k of residual heat...
World Editing? Well....yeah...if you are copy/pasting large swaths of area containing heat trackers.
They'll disappear in 30 minutes real time anyway, or delete them before you world edit.
In this exemple, we use brush to edit the map with voxel sniper and no copy/paste ...
