Crash when creating a world w/ Railcraft 9.2.0.0 and Aethercraft 1.4.4.45

Tried to add Railcraft 9.2.0.0 to my modpack, and this happens when I try to create a new world.
Not sure if this is a Railcraft bug or a Aethercraft bug, will post it on both.
This is not an AetherCraft bug. I just ran into the issue with my own mod. I finally disabled everything but a little test case:
Creating an ItemStack of tile.railcraft.track and calling stack.getItemDamage() reliably causes the StackOverflowError
