Blocks changed when you place it.

If i place many Deep storages from Minefactory reloaded, sometimes I place a Ejector.
Other times when I place a Portable Tank from TE4, it become a Creative one. But when I delete Railcraft, it works fine.
I can confirm similar issues with Railcraft interacting with "Tinker's Construct" and "Underground Biomes Constructs"
