When placing a routing detector next to an OpenComputers adapter block, it should recognize the detector, but it does not. However, once the adapter receives a block update, it is being recognized. The routing detector should call a block update on its neighbors once the detector type is set so neighbor blocks can properly recognize them.

According to @fnuecke the detector should call world.notifyBlockChange() when the type is set, that should make the adapter aware of a change.

This has been resolved now.
