many mods, like IC2 628, BC 17, NEI 1.0.3.51, NEIPlugins 1.1.0.7 and so on

With RC9.2.2.4 receipt with stone and 4 steel and stone gear with 4 stell ingot don't work.
With 9.2.2.0, receipt work well

Read the change log, and get CraftGuide or use NEI.

Now I found where RC change_log is. It is in jar:

9.2.2.3:
CHANGE: Gear recipes modified to be less dependant on Buildcraft. Now requires a Tin Bushing as the core instead of Stone Gears.

• But this don't answer, why NEI doesn't show new receipt, or?
• tin bushing receipt isn't in NEI (I found tin gear bushing)
• RC - Wiki is not actual (of course)

I tried some tin or tin nugget receipt, but none make bushing

It's possible that it conflict with some other recipe. It should be four Tin Ingots in a square I think.

Odd I swear I tested it.

I tried it with just BC 17, Forestry, RC and NEI, CCC
-> no receipt in NEI and cheated bushing can't craft with steel ingots into a steel gear
