Steel Anvil removed when updating world from 1.7.2 to 1.7.10

When upgrading our server from 1.7.2 (Railcraft 9.1.0.0) to 1.7.10 (Railcraft 9.2.2.0) the Steel Anvil is being removed form our world.
It's not a major bug, but I wanted to let you know.
