Coal & Charcoal can be used on Furnace Carts but Coal Coke can't! I hope you to make a change!

I have the code for this, but its commented out and I don't remember why. It also depends on #220.

But in change log of Railcraft 6.1.1.0, it says "NEW: Furnace Cart accepts any kind of fuel." Even though it is rather old. To make a type of cart like IC2 iron furnace cart or so on?

hmm...maybe I just didn't update the code during on of the Minecraft updates.
