Cart Dispenser not functioning (Cauldron)

The button does not dispense the cart inside. Even with a direct line of redstone into the dispenser nothing occurs.

Edit: This appears to be occurring on cauldron servers, not in SSP.

Cauldron is dead.

Yes, but thousands still use it. Regardless, we found the permission that was causing this, I was just about to close it myself.
