The rolling machine seems to draw too little power. Regardless of what supplies its power, Ender IO conduits or BC Kinesis pipes, the rolling machine draws so little power that it blows through its storage in seconds and then works at an extremely slow pace.

I'm not sure if this is intentional or not.

Its a BC bug, one of major reasons that MJ was dropped (too many bugs).
