[Suggestion] Move things related to redstoneflux into a new module

Um.. This may make the work of RedstoneFlux carts easier.

Leadstone, Hardened, Redstone, Resonant four types? So all of BC,RC and Fr don't have invar ingot and other items in the recipe. It can be a reason.

Maybe when I have more than just the Flux Transformer, which is as much Electric and Flux.
