Iron Tanks do not accept Universal Fluid Cells and BCA fluid canisters

Title says it all. Using RailCraft latest build (9.4.0), the Iron Tanks do not accept IC2's Universal Fluid Cells or BuildCraft Addition's Canisters. It seems perhaps the implementation from IFluidContainerItem and ItemFluidContainer don't seem to work but the the IC2 and BC/BCA machines work perfectly fine using those standards.

@Generalcamo to make this work you need to add an additional slot to the GUI. I already wrote the code for this that is used on the Fluid Loader.

And Coke Ovens, Steam boiler, and Steam loco should also be compatible with Universal Fluid Cell.

And Forge was supposed to unify the multitude of Fluid Container APIs a year ago.
