Just a suggestion with the connected textures for the posts. It'd be cool if the texture of a single stone post attached to the bottom of a concrete block carried through to the ones below it rather than it becoming a same-width pillar. (I like the wider anchor and smaller shaft).

You might have to do some photoshopping to explain what you mean.

When placing one stone post on the bottom of a cement block, there is a "base" on it. I'd like to see that when you have multiple connected to each other. (have the base on the first and last ones assuming they are touching solid blocks) and have the narrower post connecting them all.
