Steam in Buildcraft Tanks

Not sure if this is at your end, Buildcraft's end, or whether some other mod I've got is doing this, but Railcraft steam in a Buildcraft tank shows up as a missing texture.
does this happen with just BC and RC installed?

It seems to work fine with just BC and RC, which suggests it's another mod messing it up.
I tried it with both Optifine and Fastcraft, and neither of them caused it, leaving me at a loss to what could be affecting the rendering.
It might be another mod's steam, if you have NEI try searching "steam" and see what mod it says it's from underneath
The only other mod I've got that adds steam is IC2, but that adds ic2steam, which seems to be fine.
do you have binies mods installed? if so add a 'z' to the beginning of those files to ensure it loads last, that usally resoves it
I can't see how it isn't. I've tested using a Tubestuff liquid duplicator with a Railcraft steam bottle in, meaning it's giving out Railcraft steam for sure. The broken textures also seem to happen in Railcraft tanks, not sure if it'll help solving whatever is going on though.
Fluids are defined on a first come, first serve basis. If Railcraft was the first to define the fluids, you would not be seeing these issues. This has been tested and verified by multiple people.
Some other mod is defining the Steam Fluid before Railcraft can and that mod is not handling the icon setup correctly. You'll need to identify the mod and report the issue to them.
