Disabling Bricks in the config crashes game

Disabling all of the bricks in the "blocks" section of the blocks.cfg

Somewhat related… not sure exactly what disabled block/item has caused it, but Search tab doesn't work in creative mode after modifying the Railcraft configs.

The search tab issue is actually this problem #440 but even WITHOUT NEI.
For this crash, I think CJ just needs to improve the craftmanager for furnace recipes.
