Iron Tank Gauge no longer updates fluid level until you enter the GUI

I've tested this both in single player and on a server, and noticed that going from RC 9.4.0.0 to 9.5.0.0 that Iron Tank Gauges only change their fluid level when you check it inside the GUI. Until then, the blocks don't update visually.
