Multiblock tanks are not accepting fluids from IC2 fluid cells.

During testing I have discovered that the Railcraft tank will not accept liquids from IC2 universal cells. I have confirmed that the IC2 fluid cells still function properly with other mod tanks such those from as Buildcraft, and Openblocks.
