Bottom of the smoker does not respond to redstone + a suggestion

-As described by the title, inputting a redstone signal on the bottom does not disable the smoker like it would if you apply redstone on the side.
Suggestion: right clicking a smoker with a crowbar will invert the smoker to be on/off by default.
Might it be similar to #1077?
I swear I tested this and had my friend confirm this but the smoker is working right now.... I still think inverting the signal would be neat.
Could be useful for neater red stone circuitry, but you only need one or two blocks more space for a red stone torch inverter?
But I guess this wouldn't be a negative to add so why not.
