Feature Request: Ability to pull minecarts with leads

It'd be awesome to have the ability to pull minecarts with leads. Especially Railcraft's "Cargo Cart".

Background/Rationale:
..."minecarts ride on metal tracks and were originally pushed or pulled by men and animals..."
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Minecart#Design_and_operation

This feature would be especially useful to users/servers that don't make use of electric track, in favour of a more traditional railway system, where Locomotives are imperative to transport of people/resources/goods, and "tossing down a minecart and riding the rails without any kind of propulsion" isn't an option.

Minecarts being the predecessor to Railroad cars, they were primarily used to haul resources out of mines. This was accomplished by Hurriers. (Hurrying didn't involve the use of locomotives, afaik.)

Servers centred around realism, and/or complex mining operations where manual labour is the focus, would benefit from this feature. As well as servers that impose limited player inventory size.

Or pull minecart with crowbars. Leads do not have durability.

I was shooting for realism and historical accuracy. I'd rather see rope added, than pretend crowbars were ever used to pull minecarts... if lead durability is a concern.

(Besides, I think a lead can stretch like a 16 or 24 blocks before it breaks... so let's say, if players are concerned about their lead breaking, they shouldn't sprint so far ahead of the minecart, just like they don't, when they're concerned about their lead breaking, while capturing any other animal.)

If you want realism, require a horse. Horse pulls cart, player uses lead on horse.

@corvak Horse-drawn minecarts would be possible, with the feature I requested. Horses should not be "required" to attach a lead to minecart, however.
