[Suggestion] The same block should not be shared by blocks from different modules

Example: World anchor and Rolling Machine should not be on the same block since they are from different modules (chunk-loading and factory).

Going forward, the only blocks that will probably continue to suffer from this is the Generic cube block and Cart Detectors.
