[10.0.0-beta-3] Locomotive Track Kits works reverse

In Railcraft 9.12.2.0 for MC 1.7.10, the Locomotive Track working as:
Green mode will start the locomotives,
Yellow and Red mod will stop the locomotives.
But in 10.0.0-beta-3, it was working reversed: Green and Yellow mode will stop the locomotives while red mode will start the locomotives.
