Refilled items disappear when placed

Description
When I use up an item that can be refilled, it appears to refill just fine. However, when I try to place any refilled blocks, they are deleted upon being placed. All damage done by this issue is undone by leaving and rejoining the game. The issue here wouldn't be so severe if it weren't for the fact that deleting the mod from my Curseforge modpack doesn't delete the effects of the mod. Even with the mod deleted, items auto-refill, and refilled blocks still get deleted until I rejoin the game.
