[Help wanted] Incompatibility breaking tooltip hitboxes?

Unsure to which repository this goes to and I've never made issues on mods before, so I'll just make one here for now
When both ChatPatches (https://github.com/mrbuilder1961/ChatPatches/) and Raised are present, the hover/tooltip hitboxes are moved far below where they should be.
That's not the cause of the issue. Should have looked into it more before making this issue...
There's a compatibility issue somewhere though. I'm using the modpack Fabulously Optimized, and still scouring through possible mod conflicts...
