Blaster CAD seems to not be present in 1.11e

The blaster CAD and its assembly seem to not be loaded: searching "blaster" in JEI shows only the mana blaster from Botania; and searching "assembly" shows only the CAD assemblies from Psi; everything else from Random PSIdeas appears.
