Normally, Psi requires you to try out components before you can unlock further ones. As of now, that it seems that I can't get past the first "level". Using a spell with Trick:Debug in it doesn't unlock any more levels, nor does it give those points used to unlock levels.

This is not exactly an issue related to psideas but it has been fixed via commit b9b39c3 on psi's github. So 1.1-r69 should fix this in theory :)
