
Riot capability to hit self.

Riot can target the same entity for both the target and the punching bag. this results in the target hitting themselves. which seems to work as long as the target is capable of using melee attacks or splash damage. tested on creepers (which make themselves explode), skeletons (try to shoot themselves without success), lama's (try to spit on themselves without success), wither skeletons (melee themselves), witches (throw potions straight up which then land on their head), iron golems (hit themselves) and the wither (just causes it to fly straight up while shooting in random directions untill it goes out of the players range and probably despawns)
this behaviour is pretty funny so i'd like to suggest to keep it, but add a timer to how long riot keeps affecting a target. (which should be severely shortened if both inputs are the same)
alternatively, allow riot to be dispelled by the target hurting themselves (by falling off of a cliff, hitting themselves etc).
