"Trick: Clairvoyance" accepts decimal input for time but only uses the integer component

The piece Trick: Clairvoyance will take a decimal number for the time input without an error, but rounds down to the nearest integer when cast. Can be easily observed by using a decimal between 0 and 1, which compiles and results in no effect when cast because it rounds down to zero seconds, whereas directly entering 0 for the time input causes a compile error.
