Using Pitcher Plant to fill bucket yields 1000 water buckets

Using Random Things version 3.7.4, when I right click a Pitcher Plant using an empty bucket, I receive not one filled bucket of water but 1000 in a single stack. Love the free iron, but I assume it's unintended behaviour.

Any details necessary I'll happily provide if you tell me what I need to look for. :)

I just noticed this happening with Ender IO as well (using a bucket on a tank). This makes me assume it's not an issue with RT but rather with Forge.
