I searched in the region with NBT Editor and couldn't find any blocks in the actual space that is causing the crash. No Redstone Observer (from Random Things or "RT") is even in this region. Is this being caused by Refined Storage or perhaps by RT? It states the block responsible is the Destructor but I can't explain why the RT Observer block is even listed in there if it's not even in the region. I can't tell from this who to post this to so apologies if this isn't you.
