Using RandomThings 3.7.8 jar
On MC 1.11 with Forge 2189: Lapis and quartz glass work correctly, allowing players to pass quartz and mobs to pass lapis glass.
MC 1.11.2 with Forge 2214 Lapis and quartz glass are solid for all entities.
