Is it possible for modpack makers to customize the spectre room to deliver a personalized experience and feel of a modpack?

• I would like players to enter a custom pre-made room with a bunch of stuff in it, is it achievable?
• The spectre key recipe can be tweaked with other mods that allows recipe tweaking, what about a config for the Spectre Core to allow other items to expand the room? Or even disabling it and making it a fixed height?
