[1.10.2] NPE With RedstoneSignalHandler?

Forge: 12.18.3.2185
Random Things: 2-3.7.7.1

When I loaded the world I crashed. Odd enough used the same seed / start over and over was testing other things this time it crashed.

I'm always bad at reading these things but here she is:

I'm having (I think) the same issue, and it seems to be caused by pressing the CTRL key when interacting with redstone in my inventory.

EDIT: Also this is on MC 1.11.2 with Forge 13.20.0.2315 and Random Things v3.8.1
