No error or anything else in console. Breaking animation starts but block never breaks.

Quick Check in code. Most likely do too your fakeplayer not being in the world. Since you are using the same ID for every block you are getting the Fakeplayer from the cache so the first TE to initialize it is setting its world. Need to teleport it or make it different per TE.
