[1.12] Spectral world causes network errors if you teleport into someone else's world

One of my friend's took a matter reciver into his spectral realm, and it started to cause network issues on an another player.
The world stopped rendering, altough he could teleport around.
After logging out, he could not log in until the server restarted.
