Same issue, disabling the mushrooms in the config (B:GlowingMushrooms=false)
did not help
Downgrading to forge-1.12.2-14.23.4.2766-universal from 2768 fixed
Forge made a breaking change right before a recommended build. They changed PotionHelper$MixPredicate with patches, breaking Access Transformers for mods that want to get Vanilla potion stuff. Currently reflection is the only way around the breakage. See KnightMiner/Inspirations#90 for an example.
Since you've closed the issue, does that mean I will be forever unable to use your mod on the latest Forge builds? As far as I've seen in the forge forums, LexManos is 100% certain he doesn't break things in forge, and states that mod authors using inappropriate methods is what causes issues.
