I'm charging quantum batteries (QuantumStorage) with powercell (RFTools). Having spectre coil on 6 sides of the block it normally produces 768 RF/t. But if i restart server the produced power shows 256 RF/t only. I used to get this also not only when restarting server, but when joining the game. That part no longer happens once we chunkloaded the area and even moved powercells inside compact machine which is also chunkloaded. But when i restart server i have to go and re-build all the powercells and spectre coils.
