if you set the item filter to whitelist mode, it should prevent all items except those in the filter from being picked up. blacklist mode would stay the same. there should be a security lock preventing you from accidentally using a whitelist inside a voiding drop filter.

The 1.7.10 version does not get anymore updates. If i add the Drop Filter to 1.8 i will probably add this :).
