Crafting tables drop themselves when breaking them in creative mode

When you break any of Random Things’ crafting tables in creative mode, they drop themselves like they would in survival mode. This is not expected behaviour in creative mode, as blocks aren’t supposed to drop anything when broken in creative mode.
This hasn’t happened with any of the other Random Things blocks and machines that I’ve broken in creative mode.
