Peace Candle don't stop mobs from spawning, Vanilla/Lycanites Mobs/Advent Of Ascencion 3

As said in the title, the peace candle does not stop any mob spawn from happening, mobs from all mods and from vanilla spawn normally, I'm on a small island so I would know if it was spawning from farther then 3 chunks, as they would be spawning only on water
