When placed down the spectre illuminator and look in its direction, all models will start moving like shaders where on.

In case anyone else runs into this issue, it is fixed in 4.2.7.4. Simply remove the 4.2.7.3 version and replace with 4.2.7.4 version here: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/random-things/files

Got the same issue. I'm in Stoneblock 2 which is running RT 1.12.2-4.2.7.3, so I have no way to remove the Illuminator. Fortunately, though, it went upward, so the wobble only happens if I look up at a certain angle.
