I play on a 1.4.3.1 MC Eternal Mod with some friends and when I teleport into the Spectre Dimension via a corails tombstone I get disconnected from the server but my connection remains leaving me unable to join back without a server restart.
The error I get is:

and the server console gives this: handleDisconnection() called twice
Not sure if this is specific to MC Eternal or if it has the same result with other teleportation methods.
