[Crash] Mixin Transformer Error

I was told this is a Random Patches Issue (from here)

For some reason the game crashed sometime while booting up Minecraft. This is happening every time I boot up minecraft now..

Does this look right? If so, it did nothing.. The server crashes on boot up too.

Could you please quote me properly, linking to the comment and mentioning me instead of just pasting that.
Also, it is probably a good idea to only have one issue for this problem so closing the other ones and linking them here would be a good idea.
I had this problem and the mod Connectivity was causing it.
How do you know Connectivity was the cause?
