Minecraft is not responding on the mod loading page

I am playing Valhelsia 3 modpack, the game keeps not responding at the loading screen, even after waiting for more than an hour, it is still stuck (this problem cannot be reproduced after a few days). This problem was also mentioned in the Chinese mod wiki's comment area. After doing some checking, I presume it's a problem in RPContributorCapeHandler.java accessing "https://raw.githubusercontent.com/TheRandomLabs/RandomPatches/misc/contributors.txt". In mainland China, there are often problems with GitHub access due to the existence of GFW. The relevant log of the problem is attached below.
