Game crashes when you die as a rat after you triger curse of the rat

I have been messing around with a modpack, but when using Enchancement along with Mischief when you die as a rat with the curse of the rat ability active, your game crashes and when you restart you game your armor and the last item you were holding are put onto a rat that I have no clue where it goes.
