I tried loading Rats 3.2.13 by itself and it crashed before the minecraft window could even open up with the error

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/github/alexthe666/rats/server/misc/RatsRuntimePatcher

Nevermind, this seems to be caused by LLibrary missing. I had a feeling it required it from prior experience but it's not on the dependency list anymore. Maybe a notice should be added to the Curseforge page?
