As the title says. I would like to request a simple config that let's you disable the pet shop owner. I thought it was weird that all three village structures and plague doctor could be disabled. But the pet shop owner could not be disabled.

this has been added with the reintroduction of the pet shop owner in the upcoming 1.19 version
