[1.16.4] Extra Breath upgrade does not prevent rats from suffocating

Rats given the Extra Breath upgrade still take damage from suffocation. Note that rats given the Damage Prevention upgrade are properly immune to suffocation.

Steps to replicate:

  1. Install Rats and Ratlantis for 1.16.4
  2. Tame a rat
  3. Give the rat the Extra Breath upgrade
  4. Drop sand or gravel onto the rat from above
