could you un nerf the non believer upgrade it used to be a lot better I know you guys gave an option in the config to put it back to normal but could you move that to the settings because I don't know how to open the config

all upgrades that change attributes can have their values adjusted in the common config. I will not be reverting the nerf by default as the upgrade was ridiculously OP
