When you try to change your skins back with the command "/clearskin", the skin changes to the default version, you need to die and then respawn and then log out and log int to get your skin back.

To Reproduce

1. Wear a skin and then enter the command: "/clearskin"
2. You will se that your skin turns into a default skin

Expected Behavior
The Skin doesn't restore when you use the command "/clearskin", this issue doesn't happens on 1.18.2 and 1.16.5.
