Cauldron with mind doesn't fill book with gibberish even when mind is full

Minecraft version: 1.20.1
Forge: 47.2.23

I have a cauldron filled with Mind (100%). However, when I throw writable book into it, it doesn't write any gibberish inside :c
(When Mind is low cauldron removes characters from the book though and adds Mind power)

Resolved in the next update

It seems like the current behavior is that there needs to be at least one character in the book and quill for more to be added, but this is due to an oversight in that special case.
